数据意识下的条件不频繁行为挖掘与优化

摘要: 业务流程不频繁行为是指低频次事件轨迹记录的行为,从事件日志中挖掘条件不频繁行为是业务流程优化的关键点之一。已有的研究方法忽略低频次行为,也较少考虑数据流角度下的不频繁行为,本文考虑了事件间隐藏的数据依赖关系,提出基于数据意识的条件不频繁行为挖掘与优化。以模块间的通讯行为轮廓理论为基础,通过查询参考模型的可行迹对频次较低的轨迹添加属性值,计算交互特征间的数据依赖值并对不频繁行为进行分类处理,并根据处理后的优化日志构建模块网和特征网。模块网与特征网进行交互,挖掘出特征网与模块网的业务流程优化通讯模型。最后通过具体的实例分析验证了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: Business process infrequent behavior refers to the behavior of low frequency event trace,and mining conditional infrequent behavior from the event log is one of the key points in business process optimization.Existing research methods ignores low frequency behavior and rarely deal with infrequent behavior based on data-flow perspective.The data dependencies hidden was considered between events to propose mining and optimization of conditional infrequent behavior based on data consciousness.Based on the communication behavior profile theory between modules,the feasible traces of the reference model were inquired,and attribute values were added to infrequent traces.Data dependency values between the interaction features were calculated,and the infrequent behavior was classified.According to the optimized log,the module net and the feature net were constructed.Through the interaction between module net and feature nets,and the business process optimization communication model of these two nets was mined.The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by a concrete instance.
