一种权重未知条件下的VIKOR大群体决策方法

摘要: 针对权重未知的模糊多属性大群体决策问题,提出基于Humming距离构建决策者权重优化模型。采用区间直觉模糊决策矩阵表达决策者的评价信息,用MATLAB编程求解优化决策者权重;结合决策者权重,采用区间直觉模糊加权平均算子(IIFWA)获取综合决策矩阵,用信息熵计算指标属性权重。基于VIKOR框架,采用区间直觉模糊均衡交叉熵计算各方案、临界解与理想解的空间测度,实现方案排序。通过一个实例进行验证并与其他方法对比,说明了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of fuzzy multi-attribute large group decision making,a model based on Humming distance was proposed to construct the experts'weight optimization model.Interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy matrix was used to express the information of experts evaluation and MATLAB was used to optimize the weights of experts.The comprehensive decision making matrix was integrated by Interval-valued Intuitionistic Fuzzy Weighted Average (IIFWA) operator based on experts weight,and the weights of criteria were calculated based on information entropy theory.The VIKOR framework was employed to establish the decision process.The divergence between interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers was calculated by interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy balance cross-entropy.A real-world case was constructed to elaborate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed methodology.
