航空制造企业测量设备精细化管理系统

Measurement equipment lean management system for aviation manufacturing enterprises

摘要: 针对航空制造企业对测量设备高效、协同、精细化管理的需求,从系统的角度对测量设备管理、使用及计量业务过程进行建模,建立了基于检验情境的测量数据管理模型和生产现场测量设备使用防错策略。提出融合工作流技术与统计质量控制技术的检定过程工作节点时间波动、工作量波动、检定结果波动的动态检测与分析方法集。应用J2EE架构设计开发了测量设备精细化管理系统QQ-MLMS,通过在某航空制造企业的工程化应用,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the requirements of efficient,collaboration and lean management for measurement equipment in aviation manufacturing enterprise,the model of measurement equipment collaborative management was built from the system point of view.The measurement data management model based on inspection situation was presented and the way of gauges misuse prevention in shop floor was put forward.The methods of detecting and analyzing the variation of verification task duration,workload and verification results were introduced by integrating the workflow and statistical quality control technologies.The measurement equipment lean management software system which was called Quick Quality-Measurement-equipment Lean Management System(QQ-MLMS) was developed with Java 2 platform Enterprise Edition(J2EE).Running result of QQ-MLMS in an aviation manufacturing enterprise was given,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method were demonstrated.
