中空玻璃智能仓储系统快速定制设计方法

Rapid custom design approach for insulating glass intelligent storage system

摘要: 为了充分利用智能制造系统的设计与执行之间潜在的闭环反馈作用机制,以获得良好的设计效果与执行效益,提出一种静态设计与动态运行迭代优化的制造系统快速定制设计方法。利用近物理仿真、软可编程控制器等技术,搭建设计方案可视化、执行过程可控化的虚拟设计与执行平台,建立静态设计变量优化与动态运行调度之间的耦合模型,提出融合制造工艺的设计与执行迭代优化方法。该定制设计方法成功应用于中空玻璃配对仓的定制化设计,建立了包括储位分配、小车与底车调度、反死锁约束等在内的耦合问题模型,通过迭代优化配对仓设计参数以及执行算法引擎,实现了系统整体性能的优化。

Abstract: To make full use of potential closed loop feedback mechanism between design and implementation existed in intelligent manufacturing systems,and to get well design effect and execution efficiency,a rapid custom design approach of “static design and dynamic operation iterative optimization” for manufacturing system was proposed.By using nearly physical simulation and soft PLC technology,a virtual design and execution platform with design visualization and controllable execution was built,and a coupled model between static design variable optimization and dynamic operation scheduling was also constructed.A design and implementation of iterative optimization method fused with  manufacturing process was proposed.The custom design method was successfully applied to the insulating glass's couple-warehouse system customized design,in which established a coupling issues model included storage spaces allocation,vehicle and bottomed-vehicle scheduling and anti-deadlock constraints.Through iterative optimization insulating glass's Couple-Warehouse design parameters and algorithm execution engine,the overall optimize performance was realized.
