摘要: 工序顺序柔性调度依赖于工序顺序柔性的准确描述,在柔性工序块的基础上,提出一种工序顺序柔性描述方法和工件工序顺序的生成方法,证明了该方法在描述工序顺序柔性上具有目前最好的完备性,并以遗传算法为例指出新的工序顺序柔性描述方法具有面向工序顺序柔性的一阶段调度算法设计的能力。

Abstract: The scheduling of operation sequence flexibility was depended on accurate description of operation sequence flexibility.Based on flexible block,a new operation sequence flexibility description model which was proved to have the best completeness compared to other methods was proposed,and a method for job's operation sequence generation was also presented.By taking genetic algorithm as an example,the ability of the new description model that designed one-phase scheduling algorithm with operation sequence flexibility was proved.
