基于多维度演化模型的制造模式社群化趋势分析

摘要: 市场变化和技术发展推动着制造模式不断演变,以适应新的制造业环境。从制造模式演化的视角,论述了已有制造模式的特征和发展概况。从互联社会化、制造服务化、用户参与个性化等维度建立了制造模式演化的多维度模型,揭示了其演化规律。分析得出当前制造模式的社群化趋势,提出了一种社群化制造模式,讨论了该模式下的企业架构与生产组织形态。研究表明,社群化制造将成为适应分布化制造环境的一种新模式。

Abstract: Dynamic market and technology development drive manufacturing mode evolving continually to adapt to new manufacturing environment.From the evolutionary perspective,the characteristics and evolutionary directions of existing manufacturing modes were summarized.A multi-dimensional evolution model was further built from the perspectives of socialized interconnection,service-oriented manufacturing and individualized customer participation.On this basis,the socialization trend of manufacturing was analyzed and a new manufacturing mode named social manufacturing was proposed,together with the enterprise organizational structure and the morphology of production operations under this paradigm.The research showed that social manufacturing could be a new paradigm for the future distributed manufacturing environment.
