顾客需求驱动的模块参数组合规划方法

摘要: 为了提高模块参数规划的合理性,以提升顾客需求满意度、降低产品制造成本,针对现有方法的局限性,提出了一种顾客需求驱动的两阶段参数组合规划方法。第一阶段,对顾客需求进行聚类,以此确定模块各参数的系列取值;第二阶段,以顾客需求覆盖率最大为目标,以产品制造成本、参数之间的约束等为约束条件构建最优化数学模型,求解出模块参数的最优组合。以履带起重机的主变幅机构模块参数规划为例验证了该方法的合理性和有效性,同时通过灵敏度分析证明了该方法的鲁棒性。

Abstract: To improve the rationality of module parameters planning for promoting customers'satisfaction and reducing products'manufacturing costs,aiming at the weakness of existing methods,a dual-stage module parameters planning approach driven by customer requirements was proposed.At the first stage,customer requirements were clustered to obtain the values of each parameter;at the second stage,a mathematical model to maximize the customer requirements coverage was constructed to get the optimal module parameter combinations.The manufacturing costs and the influences among parameters were listed as constraints.A main luffing module of crawler crane was planned to demonstrate the rationality and effectiveness of proposed approach.Besides,the sensitivity analysis showed the robustness of this approach.
