柔性薄板装配不等间距定形焊点布置优化

摘要: 针对点焊中的定形焊点布置方案影响柔性薄板装配偏差,以及等间距焊点布置不适合所有薄板焊接情况的问题,提出一种基于支持向量回归机与粒子群优化算法的不等间距定形焊点布置优化方法。对薄板装配过程进行分析,建立了反映装配偏差与偏差源关系的装配偏差模型。以两种焊点的间距为设计参数,通过优化拉丁超立方实验设计在焊点布置设计空间获取样本方案,利用偏差模型获得样本响应。构建支持向量回归机—粒子群算法代理模型,预测得到使装配偏差最小的焊点布置最优方案。柔性薄板装配实例表明,在小样本学习情况下,与遗传算法—反向传播神经网络和响应面两种代理模型相比,该方法在模型预测准确度方面具有有效性和优越性,同时通过车身薄板实例表明了该方法的实用性。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems that the sheet metal assembly variation was influenced by shaping welding spot layout and the welding spot equal pitch layout was not be appropriate in all cases of sheet metal assemble,an optimization method of shaping welding spot unequal pitch layout for reducing assemble variation based on Support Vector Regression (SVR) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) was proposed.The sheet metal assembly variation model which described the relationship between assembly variations and variation sources was established through the analysis of sheet metal assembly process.Two pitches of welding spot were taken as design parameters to obtain the sample schema of welding spot layout in design space of layout by optimizing Latin hypercube design,and the sample response was obtained by assembly variation model.PSO-SVR surrogate model was established to predict the best shaping welding spot unequal pitch layout which minimized the assembly variation of sheet metal.A simple sheet metal assembly was used to indicate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method by comparing with two surrogate models that were GA-BP neural network and response surface method,and its practical was indicated by an example of auto-body sheet metal assembly.
