摘要: 基于制造运行管理通用活动模型和工业4.0参考架构模型,系统分析了现有智慧工厂的相关概念、体系架构、制造模式和关键技术。定义了组成域及关系架构,提出一种智慧工厂的参考模型,并对该模型进行了充分性验证。为保证参考模型的有效性和实用性,分析了支撑参考模型内在联系中各个环节所依赖的关键技术及其近期研究现状,为智慧工厂研究领域内的标准制定及应用实施提供了参考。

Abstract: Based on Manufacturing Operation Management (MOM) activity model and Reference Architecture Model-Industry 4.0 (RAMI4.0),the concept,architecture,manufacturing modes and key technologies of Smart Factory (SF) were systematically analyzed.After the definition of constituent domains and hierarchical architecture,a reference model of smart factory was proposed,and its sufficiency was verified.To ensure the effectiveness and practicability of the reference model,the recent five years'progress of research for Smart Factory's key technologies were reviewed,which provided references for the definition and implementation of the smart factory's standards.
