作业车间关键柔性的描述及其度量研究综述

摘要: 为描述和度量作业制造系统的柔性,在制造系统柔性分类的基础上分析了作业车间的关键柔性,即机器(machine)柔性、工序顺序(operation)柔性和加工路径(routing)柔性,系统地评述了机器柔性、工序顺序柔性和加工路径柔性的描述方法和度量方法,并综述了三种关键柔性对调度的影响,最后讨论了未来可能的研究方向。

Abstract: To describe and measure the flexibility of Jobshop manufacturing system,the key flexibilities of machine flexibility,operation flexibility and routing flexibility were analyzed based on the flexibility classification of manufacturing system,and the methods of description and measurement for these three key flexibilities were elaborated systematically.The impacts of three key flexibilities on scheduling were summarized,and the future research direction was discussed finally.
