基于连结关系图的网络化可重构机床结构建模

摘要: 为了能够对生产制造过程的需求变化进行快速响应并获得机床资源成本的最佳经济效益,提出基于连结关系图法的网络化可重构机床的结构建模和仿真方法。通过分析用户需求以获取工序加工信息,提取可重构机床为完成加工任务所需执行的一系列运动,并利用齐次变换矩阵建立可重构机床基本功能的运动学模型。根据加工操作的功能需求,用连结关系图法对机床拓扑结构进行描述,生成候选可重构机床的形式化表示,并根据可重构机床和机械模块的运动学模型在机床模块库中选择合适的机床模块,合成满足运动需求、结构需求和重构需求的可重构机床配置。通过基于Internet的机床运动仿真和机床结构验证,说明了所提方法的有效性。

Abstract: To achieve fast response to manufacturing process changes and to obtain best economic benefits in resource cost of machine tools,structure modeling and simulation method of network reconfigurable machine tools based on connecting graph was proposed.The user requirements were analyzed to achieve machining information,and a series of movements of machine tools to perform machining task were extracted.The basic functions of kinematics model for reconfigurable machine tools were established based on homogeneous transformation matrix.According to the function requirements of processing operation,the topological structure of reconfigurable machine tools was described by connecting diagram method,and candidate formalized representation of reconfigurable machine tool was generated.The appropriate modules in machine tool module library were chosen according to the kinematics model of reconfigurable machine tools and mechanical module.Reconfigurable machine tool configuration was synthesized to meet the demand of sports,structure and reconfiguration.Internet-based motion simulation and structural validation of machine tools were used to verify the proposed method.
