基于员工知识水平等级指数的标准时间制定方法

摘要: 为了科学地管理员工,进而提高企业的生产效率,提出了一种基于员工知识水平等级指数的标准时间修正方法。首先采用熵值法和群体一致性算法确定员工的知识水平,然后定义员工知识水平等级指数的含义和取值区间,再运用回归分析确定员工知识水平和知识水平等级指数之间的线性关系,最后对作业进行客观评定,运用努力系数和宽放系数修正标准时间,并运用残差平方和理论论证了方法的合理性。以某公司冰箱装配线的14道工序标准时间的制定为例,证明该方法是合理可行的。

Abstract: To manage the staff scientifically,and to improve the product efficiency,a standard time development method based on staff's knowledge level index was proposed.The mathematical model based on staff's knowledge level was built by introducing entropy value method,group consistency algorithms and regression analysis.The range and meaning of each work enthusiasm level was defined.The standard time was revised by knowledge level index,effort coefficient and allowance coefficient,and the validity of this method was proved by using residual sum of squares theory.The setting standard time of 14 processes in one refrigerator assembly line of M company was taken as an example to verify the rationality and feasibility of this method.
