摘要: 针对传统机加产品生产质量统计效率低、无法动态监控及有效预警等问题,建立了一种可与检测设备集成、支持生产质量动态监控与预警、基于移动终端的机加车间生产质量信息实时管控支持系统的体系结构,并对基于移动终端的车间质量动态监控与预警实现技术框架、移动终端软硬件架构及与检测设备的集成技术、基于移动终端的多点实时智能Elman神经网络预测模型及实现算法等关键技术进行了研究。该系统已成功应用于重庆市某制造企业,取得了良好的应用效果。

Abstract: Aiming at the problems of low statistical efficiency of workshop production quality,unable to dynamic monitoring and effective early warning,a real-time control support system of workshop production quality information based on mobile terminals was presented,which could be integrated with the testing equipment and could support real-time monitoring and early warning of product quality.The key technologies such as the overall implementation framework of real-time monitoring and early warning,the implementation of mobile terminal software and hardware,the multi-point real-time intelligent Elman neural network model and algorithm implementation.This system had been successfully applied in an auto parts manufacturer in Chongqing and good results were obtained.
