摘要: 为了丰富生产过程精细化管理与控制理论,从各工序间的关系着手,提出一种工序间相互作用的分析方法。通过挖掘机器维和工件维工序间的相互关系,提出关系对、关系链、关系传播链等概念。分析了工序间影响和工序间影响传播行为,揭示了关系传播链的传播规律,总结了关系传播链的优势,给出其表示方法,辨析了关系传播链和关键路径、关键链的异同。分析了关系传播链在调度性能分析、生产系统性能改善等方面的应用场景,给出了工序间影响分析、关键链辨识、瓶颈机器辨识等的具体应用实例。

Abstract: To enriched the  management and control theory of production process,an analysis method for interaction among operations of job shop schedules was proposed from the relationship among operations in a job shop.Through exploiting the interrelation among operations in machine dimension and job dimension,the concepts of relationship pair,relationship chain and Relationship Propagation Chain (RPC) was proposed.On the basis of analyzing interaction effect among operations and their propagation behavior,the propagation law of RPC was revealed,and several advantages of RPC were discussed.A representation method of RPC was presented.Furthermore,a comparison among critical path,critical chain and RPC was conducted.Some RPC application scenarios of scheduling performance analysis and production system's performance improvement was analyzed,and the demonstration cases of interaction analysis effect among operations,critical chain identification and bottleneck machine identification were given.
