基于弹复性的第四方物流多周期网络设计

Multi-period network design of fourth-party logistics based on resilience

摘要: 为了使第四方物流系统能够在动态环境下安全、有效地运作,研究了第四方物流多周期弹性网络设计问题。建立了第四方物流多周期网络设计问题的优化模型,在各个周期满足一定的弹复性水平条件下的最小化网络总成本。根据模型的特点,设计了一种带邻域搜索的全局最好和声搜索算法。通过随机生成的算例对算法性能进行测试,结果证明了模型的合理性和算法的有效性。

Abstract: To make fourth Party Logistics (4PL) systems operate securely and efficiently in dynamic environment,4PL multi-period resilient network design problem was studied,and its optimization model was formulated,which minimized the total costs under the condition of satisfying the certain resilience level in each period.According to the characteristic of the model,a global best harmony search algorithm with neighborhood search was proposed.Severalexperiments were presented to test the rationality of proposed model as well as the effectiveness of proposed algorithm.
