基于链接模型的质量特性波动溯源方法

摘要: 为了辅助产品设计过程中质量问题的分析与处理,研究质量特性波动溯源方法,引入“链接”作为质量特性关联关系的基本单元,通过链接关联与嵌套,构建了质量特性链接网络和链接矩阵,归纳分析了质量特性波动传播过程中的基本形态与典型效应。在链接模型的基础上,剖析了面向质量问题分析的质量特性波动溯源机理,建立了质量特性波动溯源、波动传播、波动排查和波动路径分析四阶段溯源过程模型,并对开放情景下基于逐步分析的溯源算法以及封闭情景下基于改进老鼠迷宫的溯源算法进行了研究。通过一个应用案例,验证了基于链接模型的质量特性波动溯源技术的有效性。

Abstract: To assist the analysis and processing of quality problem in product development and to research the variation source-tracing of quality characteristic,the linkage was introduced as the basic unit of quality characteristic relationships to construct the linkage network and linkage matrix with linkage coupling and nesting.The basic patterns and typical effects in quality characteristic variation propagation were concluded.On the basis of linkage model,the quality problem analysis oriented quality characteristic variation source-tracing mechanisms were studied and the variation source-tracing process model was built,which included four phases of variation source-tracing,variation propagation,variation filtration and variation source-tracing paths analysis.The variation source-tracing algorithms in open and closed scenes were studied with iteration and improved mouse maze.An application case was provided to validate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
