基于学科关系矩阵的通用多学科优化架构

摘要: 针对工程领域复杂设计对象的多学科设计优化问题,提出一种新颖的基于学科关系矩阵描述形式的通用多学科优化架构。定义学科关系矩阵代替设计结构矩阵,将学科耦合关系细化为学科之间与学科自身的输入/输出变量关系,从而实现对共享设计变量、学科设计变量、耦合变量的自动识别和耦合数据流的自动解析;依托学科关系矩阵,建立了通用的多学科优化架构,实现了多学科优化策略之间的自由转换和优化求解。通过常用的多学科优化策略对上述架构进行了分析和验证。测试算例表明,本架构具有多学科优化问题描述清晰、接口实现简单、建模过程自动化的优势。

Abstract: Aiming at the Multidisciplinary Design Optimization (MDO) of complex engineering design object,a novel universal MDO architecture based on Disciplinary Relation Matrix (DRM) description was presented.The DRM was defined to replace the common design structure matrix,and the disciplinary coupling relation was refined as input-output variables relation of disciplinary itself and interdisciplinary.Thus the automatic recognition for sharing design variables,local discipline variables,coupling variables and coupled was realized,as well as the automatic analysis of coupling data flows.According to DRM,the universal MDO architecture was developed and free transform among MDO strategies and optimization was realized.Through the common MDO strategies,the proposed architectures were analyzed,and the result showed that the new MDO architecture had the advantages of clear formats,simple interfaces and automatic modeling process.
