可外购情境下的推拉结合式生产链协同规划

摘要: 为了使生产规划从单一工厂规划扩展到整条生产链的协同规划,使企业获得更大收益,研究了推式策略、拉式策略、推拉结合式生产策略下的生产链协同规划问题。以液晶面板生产为例,在生产链各阶段均允许外购的情境下,构建推拉结合式生产链协同规划数学模型;同时,通过列阵—组立模型向下扩展到整个生产链、通过组立—模组模型向上扩展到整个生产链,可分别得到推式策略和拉式策略下的模型。该模型以总成本最小为目标函数,考虑存货平衡、需求与生产平衡、运输平衡、产能限制等条件。采用某液晶面板生产企业实际数据,对三种模型的取整方法和优化效果进行了对比分析。以推拉结合式生产策略按照结果取整法对模型进行验证,结果表明了模型的准确性和可用性。

Abstract: Based on push strategy,pull strategy and  push and pull strategy,the production chain co-planning was studied.Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display (TFT-LCD) production was taken as an example to built production chain co-planning mathematical model with push and pull strategies under the scenario of outsourcing permitted.Through extending the array-cell model downward to the whole production chain and extending the cell-module model upward to the whole production chain,the models of push strategy and pull strategy were obtained respectively.The conditions such as stock balance,requirement and production balance,transport balance and capacity limitation were considered with cost minimum as the objective.By using the real data of some TFT-LCD enterprise,the rounded method and optimization results of the three models were analyzed.According to results rounded method,the accuracy and the feasibility of the models were also validated with push and pull production strategy.
