非圆曲面XY直驱加工廓形误差交叉耦合控制

摘要: XY直驱平台加工非圆零件时,X、Y轴跟踪误差并不能直接反映廓形误差,且廓形误差的方向与跟随误差及轮廓的凹凸性密切相关,廓形误差补偿困难。针对该问题,分析了XY平台非圆零件加工机理,提出了外表面与内表面廓形加工X、Y轴跟踪误差耦合形成廓形误差的计算模型,并根据该模型设计了前馈交叉耦合控制器补偿廓形误差。建立了直线电机XY加工仿真模型,以修正心形曲面外表面与内表面轮廓加工为例,进行了常规加工与前馈交叉耦合廓形误差补偿控制对比仿真实验,并采用刀具轨迹法对仿真结果进行了进一步验证。结果表明,耦合误差计算模型具有很高的准确性,所设计的前馈交叉耦合控制器能够有效提高XY直驱平台的非圆轮廓加工精度。

Abstract: Processing the non-round parts on XY direct-drive platforms,the contour error could not be reflected by X,Y axis tracking error,and the direction of the contour error was closely related with the following error and the profile shape irregularities,which was difficult to compensate the contour error.Aiming at this problem,the non-circular parts processing mechanism on XY platform was analyzed,and the XY axis tracking error coupling form contour error calculation model for the outer surface and inner surface processing was proposed respectively.The XY direct-drive simulation model was constructed,and the modified heart-shaped curve outer surface and inner surface processing was taken as the example to contrast the conventional processing control simulation experiments with feed forward cross-coupled contour of error compensation.The proposed tools path method was used to further verify the XY contour error model,and the results showed that the XY contour error model had very high accuracy and the feed forward cross-coupling controller could effectively improve the contouring accuracy of the XY platform.
