开式整体叶盘叶片型面数控抛光编程技术

摘要: 为了实现整体叶盘叶片型面数控抛光,针对五坐标数控抛光机,研究开式整体叶盘叶片型面数控抛光轨迹规划与编程技术。通过分析多坐标数控抛光系统结构及开式整体叶盘抛光工艺方法,提出面向抛光加工的路径规划方法,选择分段直纹面拟合逼近叶片型面,利用分段直纹面的直母线直接生成刀位轨迹。最后进行了数控抛光实验验证,实现了整体叶盘叶片型面抛光的机械化和自动化,极大地提高了整体叶盘的抛光效率,为航空发动机整体叶盘的使用性能和安全可靠性提供了保障。

Abstract: To achieve blade surface Numerical Control(NC)Polishing of blisk,NC polishing path planing and programming of blade surface for open blisk was researched based on five-axis NC polishing machine.According to the analysis of multi-axis CNC polishing system and manual polishing process in blisk manufacturing,the method of path planning for polishing was proposed and the blade surface was fixed by segmented ruled surface.Thus the straight generatrix of segmented ruled surface could be directly used as the cutter path.The polishing method was verified on NC polishing machine.The experiments showed that the automatic mechanical polishing for blisk was achieved,the automatic polishing efficiency was increased significantly and the performance and reliability of aero-engine were also improved.
