一种提高成形磨齿齿向修形精度的接触线优化方法

摘要: 为进一步提高成形磨齿的修形精度,根据空间啮合理论精确求解了空间接触线和砂轮截形,分别对齿向修形与瞬时接触线之间的关系、砂轮安装参数与接触线之间的关系进行了分析,得到调整砂轮安装偏转角度可以改善修形扭曲的结论。根据建立的成形磨齿齿向修形误差评价数学模型,提出一种基于调整砂轮和工件安装参数的接触线优化方法,并以一种鼓形修形齿轮为例对其进行了验证。实例分析结果表明,该方法可有效消除斜齿轮鼓向修形时齿面修形扭曲现象,减小齿向修形误差。

Abstract: To improve the accuracy of tooth-trace modification, the simultaneous contact lines were obtained accurately in accordance with the space engagement theory and its relationship with respect to tooth trace modification grinding wheel setting parameter were discussed. A conclusion was drawn that the twist of modified tooth could be improved by adjusting the grinding wheel setting angle. According to the mathematic model for error evaluation of modified tooth surface in form grinding process, a contact lines optimization method was proposed based on changing wheel and work-piece setting parameters, and a case of drum tooth-trace modification was used to validate the proposed method. The results showed that the method could eliminate the twist of crowning helical gears and reduced the corrected errors.
