基于模板与全局信任度的云制造服务评价与选择方法

摘要: 为实现云制造服务的智能选择与组合,阐述了云制造需求与云制造服务的匹配过程及云制造资源的特点,从云制造服务的分类、服务能力、服务负荷状态、服务接口规范和服务质量等方面对云制造服务与云制造服务组合模板进行了形式化描述,提出云制造模式下基于互评机制的云制造服务质量获取方法,建立了云制造服务信任度评价模型;建立了基于服务匹配度与全局信任度的综合优化模型,并运用遗传算法进行求解。通过算例及MATLAB仿真验证了所提方法的可行性。

Abstract: To realize the intelligent selection and combination in cloud manufacturing service, the matching process of cloud manufacturing requirement and cloud manufacturing service and the features of cloud manufacturing were elaborated. A formalization description of cloud manufacturing service and its composition template was presented from aspects such as classification, service ability, service load conditions, service interface standard and service quality. The Quality of Service (QoS) acquisition method of cloud manufacturing based on mutual evaluation mechanism was built, and the trust evaluation model for cloud manufacturing service was established. Based on service matching degree and global trust degree, the comprehensive optimization model was built and solved by genetic algorithm. The feasibility of the proposed method was verified by a numerical example and Matlab simulation.
