摘要: 为了大幅度提高装船作业的效率,针对多贝位、大规模的出口箱堆存现状,开发了启发式规则优化单台单吊与单台多吊龙门吊取箱作业顺序,采用模拟的方法合理分配两台龙门吊取箱作业集合,并与上述单台单吊调度优化结果进行集成。通过数值试验验证了所提优化方法的有效性与可操作性。

Abstract: To improve the efficiency of ship-loading process greatly,the heuristic rules were proposed to optimize the retrieving sequence of single lifting and multiple lifting gantry cranes to reduce the simple Rail Mounted Gantry Crane's(RMGC)working time aiming at the status of export containers stacking with large scale.The simulation method was used to distribute two aggregation of gantry crane retrieving,which was integrated with the optimization result of single lifting gantry crane.The numerical experiments showed the effectiveness and practicability of the heuristic rules and simulation.
