Abstract: Due to their advantages of high efficiency,stability,easy lightweighting and intelligence,the permanent magnet semi-direct drive motors have been used widely in many fields which include wind power generation,construction machinery and metallurgical mine.To study the stability and dynamic characteristics of permanent magnet semi-direct drive system,focusing on a bucket elevator drive unit,a dynamic model coupled the mechanical transmission system and the motor was established.Based on the model reference adaptive system,the space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) algorithm was adopted and the dynamic simulation analysis was implemented under fluctuating and transient load conditions in this dynamic coupling model.Motor speed stability,current amplitude,as well as meshing forces and transmission errors among various gear pairs were obtained under coupling and uncoupling electromechanical systems.Furthermore,a dynamic testing platform for the permanent magnet semi-direct drive system was constructed.By comparing and analyzing the results of experimental system and simulated coupling model,the validity of the electromechanical coupling dynamic model was verified.

摘要: 永磁半直驱电机由于高效率、稳定性、易于轻量化和智能化,广泛应用于风力发电、工程机械以及冶金矿山等领域。为研究永磁半直驱系统运行过程中系统稳定和动力学特性问题,以某型斗提机驱动装置为对象,建立机械传动系统与电机的动力学耦合模型。依据模型参考自适应系统,采用空间矢量脉宽调制算法对波动和突变两种负载工况下的耦合模型进行动力学仿真分析,获得电机转速稳定性对比、电流幅值对比以及各齿轮副在机电系统耦合前后啮合力和传递误差对比。搭建了永磁半直驱系统动态特性试验平台,将试验结果和耦合系统仿真数据进行对比分析,验证了机电耦合系统动力学模型的有效性。
