Abstract: The throat area of aero engine closed channel parts affects the overall aerodynamic performance of the engine.By analyzing the principle and process of blade design and molding,the meaning of throat area of closed channel parts was clarified.To improve the measurement accuracy,a throat area measurement and calculation method based on Coordinate Measurement Machine (CMM) was proposed.To get the throat surface,the CMM measurement path of the throat area was designed,and the planning principles of the inner and outer edges of the throat and the blade profile were formulated.According to the measured data,the throat surface was constructed,and the maximum projected area was the throat area.Verified by the theoretical model,the relative error between the throat area measurement and calculation method and the theoretical value of throat area in the drawing was 0.007%.Through the verification of measured data,the accuracy of this method was improved compared with the current measuring method.

摘要: 航空发动机封闭流道类零件喉道面积影响着发动机的整体气动性能,通过分析叶片设计成型原理和过程,明确了封闭流道类零件喉道面积含义。为了提高其测量精度,提出一种基于三坐标测量机(CMM)的喉道面积测量计算方法。为了得到喉道曲面,进行了喉道面积CMM测量路径设计,制定了喉道内外缘板和叶型的规划原则。根据获得的测量点数据进行喉道曲面构造,进而求解其最大投影面积即为喉道面积。通过与理论模型验证,该喉道面积测量计算方法与图纸中喉道面积理论值相对误差为0.007%;通过实测数据验证,相较于现阶段测量方法,该方法提高了测量计算精度。
