Abstract: Business workflow can improve the efficiency of business execution and achieve process automation,which has been widely applied in fields such as technology services and Internet of Things (IoT) robotics.Oriented to the accumulated data of huge volumes in business domains,workflow data pre-processing always necessitates the assistance of big data technologies.However,the business workflow technologies still face limitations of standardized support for big data abstraction and remain the shortage to adjust processes in real-time,which hinders their adaptation to rapidly changing domain requirements.Based on the existing workflow specifications,a technology solution that not only supported modeling of big data activities at build-time but also enabled dynamic process changes and flexibility guarantees at run-time was proposed.Through real-world cases in domains of the technology services and IoT robotics,the proposed flexible workflow showed its ability to enhance rapid responsiveness and significant improvement about business operational efficiency with low latency.

摘要: 业务工作流可以提高业务执行的效率,实现业务过程的自动化,在科技服务、物联网机器人等领域得到广泛应用。当前,面向业务领域积累的海量数据,基于工作流的数据预处理,往往需要大数据技术的辅助。但是,业务工作流在处理大数据时,仍存在不支持规范化的大数据抽象,以及流程不能即时调整的局限,无法适应快速变化的业务需求。因此,基于现有工作流规范提出了一种工作流技术方案,不但在构造时支持大数据活动的建模,并且在运行时支持流程的动态变更及柔性保障。通过在科技服务领域的实际案例表明,所述的柔性工作流可提升快速响应的能力;在物联网机器人领域的案例表明,低时延的快速响应可明显提升业务运行效率。
