Abstract: Aiming at the problems of high communication delay and slow response in data acquisition,processing and system operation in the current intelligent NC workshop,a cloud-edge collaborative intelligent NC workshop self-regulation mode was proposed based on edge computing technology.On the basis of analyzing the operation mechanism and control characteristics of the NC workshop,the intelligent NC workshop manufacturing cell edge aware-cloud collaborative operation-intelligent control framework was built,the deployment of the two-level collaborative interaction scene between the cloud and the edge was completed,and the computing performance of the edge aware node was improved by designing the judgment logic of the rule engine.The associated regulation of production equipment in intelligent NC workshop was completed based on cloud edge cooperation.The cloud edge prediction model of machining quality was trained,modified and interactive by using Long Short Term Memory(LSTM),which provided decision instructions for the NC workshop self-regulation system.Finally,the application case verified that the proposed cloud-edge collaboration framework had the characteristics of easy collaboration,easy regulation,low delay,accurate prediction,which provided technical support for realizing intelligent production of NC workshops.

摘要: 针对当前智能数控车间中数据采集、处理及系统运行存在通讯延时高、响应慢等问题,基于边缘计算技术提出一种云边协同的智能数控车间自调控模式。在分析数控车间运行机制和调控特点的基础上,搭建了智能数控车间制造单元边缘感知云协同运行智能调控框架,完成了云边两级协同交互场景部署,通过设计规则引擎的判断逻辑提高了边缘感知节点的计算性能;其次,基于云边协同完成智能数控车间生产设备的关联调控,采用长短期记忆神经网络进行加工质量的云边预测模型训练、修正及交互,为数控车间自调控系统提供决策指令;最后,通过应用案例验证了所提云边协同框架具有易协同、易调控、延时低、预测准的特点,为实现数控车间智能化生产提供了技术支撑。
