Abstract: Focused on the multi-floor flow shop,considering its stochastic factors,the layout optimization method of the workshop was studied.An optimization model with the throughput and cycle time constraint was established,which took the minimum total transport cost as the objective function.According to the problem of the system performance index without closed mathematical expression,a decomposition-coordination method that embedding the queuing network model was proposed.A series of numerical examples were designed to verify the efficiency and superiority of the proposed method.By taking it into the actual case for researching,the important theoretical support for the facility layout of this kind of the flow shop was provided.

摘要: 针对多层单元流水式车间,考虑其具有随机性因素的特点,研究了该车间的布局优化方法。首先,以最小化总运输成本为目标函数,建立具有产出率和生产周期等约束的优化模型;其次,根据系统性能指标没有封闭数学表达式的问题特点,提出一种基于分解协调的优化算法,同时嵌入排队网模型进行迭代求解;最后,设计了一系列算例实验验证所提方法的有效性和优越性,并将其代入实际生产车间进行案例分析,为该类生产车间的布局规划问题提供重要的决策依据。
