Open knowledge network space-time elevation model and governance strategy based on multiple driven modes

多重驱动模式下开放式知识网络的时空演化模型及治理策略

Abstract: The rapid circulation and effective distribution of knowledge in an open complex network determines the realization of knowledge innovation and value creation across time and space.On the basis of revealing the typical characteristics of open knowledge network,aiming at the joint driven mode,strong driven mode and unconscious multiple driven mode,the influencing factors and mechanism of knowledge structures stock,flow and transfer was expounded by combining with the degree of joint participation of network participants.The dual time-space equation for open knowledge network gross was established,and the measurement method and evolution characteristics of spatio-temporal distribution were elaborated.The multi-level case study method was used to analyze the generation and evolution process of three types of knowledge service networks in 2012-2017,and  the governance strategy of knowledge networks was proposed.The study showed that the continuous evolution of organizational form was accompanied with the formation of network knowledge under different driving modes,and four stages of acquisition penetration,exchange potential,diffusion multiplication and transformation application were presented.The gap between the knowledge market gap and the geographic gap was decreased,and the effect of knowledge spillover was constantly increased.Effective knowledge governance programs could help the formation of an open knowledge system.

摘要: 开放式复杂网络下知识的快速流转及有效分配决定着跨时空知识创新与价值创造的实现,在揭示开放式知识网络典型特征的基础上,结合网络参与主体的联合程度,针对联合式、强驱动式及无意识式多重驱动模式阐述知识结构布局的存量、流量和转量的影响要素与作用机理。建立开放式知识网络总量的二元时空交流域方程,深入挖掘网络时空分布的测度方法与演化特征。运用多层次案例研究方法,分析2012~2017年间3类知识服务网络的产生与演变过程,提出知识网络的治理策略。研究发现,不同驱动模式下的网络知识构成伴随组织形态不断演化发展,呈现为获取渗透、交换潜化、扩散倍化及转化应用4个阶段。知识市场缺口与地理缺口的时空距离不断减少,知识溢出效果不断增强,有效的知识治理方案有助于开放式知识系统的形成。
