Abstract: Aiming at the integrated scheduling problem of material distribution in electrical tool assembly workshop,the delivery time and distribution efficiency were taken into account and the integrated scheduling scheme was divided into two levels.Firstly,a material loading model based on standardized bins was formulated with the goal of maximizing space utilization.By combining dynamic time windows of assembly lines demand,the material loading constraints were integrated with the routing problem.Therefore,a vehicle routing model with time windows and optimal load constraints was constructed to ensure the dual requirements of timely delivery and cost optimization.Then,the genetic algorithm was given to solve the model,and the validity of model and algorithm was verified by examples of different scale problems.Finally,taking the actual situation of a electrical tool assembly workshop in Nanjing as a case,the logistics scheme was proposed,which further demonstrated that the scheme could effectively improve the loading utilization and reduce the distribution cost of workshop.

摘要： 针对电动工具装配车间物料配送的集成调度问题,考虑配送时间和配送效率,将集成调度方案划分为两个层次,以空间利用率最大化为目标构建基于标准化料箱的物料装载模型,并将物料装载约束与装配车间配送路径规划问题有机融合,结合装配流水线的动态需求时间窗信息,构建考虑时间窗和最优装载约束的车辆路径最优配置模型,保证配送及时性和成本优化双重目标要求,给出了基于遗传算法的模型求解方法,并通过不同规模问题的算例验证了模型和算法的有效性。以南京D公司电动工具装配车间实际背景为例,提出了物流调度方案,进一步表明该模型和算法能够有效提高车辆装载率并降低车间物料配送成本,具有实际应用价值。
