Abstract: Service-oriented manufacturing network is a new industrial form of integrated development of manufacturing and service.To solve the dynamic changes of service-oriented manufacturing product and service design brought by the diversity of customer needs,the cloud structure of service-oriented manufacturing network based on cloud computing environment was constructed,which took manufacturing enterprise,service enterprise and customer as the main body,and the uncertainty of customer demand was described by box set through scenario analysis.The optimization model of service-oriented manufacturing network process was constructed by using robust optimization method with the optimization objectives of total cost,delivery time and service quality.The simulation was carried out with MATLAB 9.3,and the experimental results showed that the uncertainty of customer demand would affect the manufacturing process of service-oriented manufacturing network,and the choice of manufacturing process was different greatly according to the customer's preferences.

摘要： 服务型制造网络是制造与服务融合发展的新型产业形态,为解决客户需求的多样性给服务型制造产品与服务设计带来的动态变更,构建了基于云计算环境下的以制造企业、服务企业以及客户为主体的服务型制造网络云结构,通过情景分析将客户需求的不确定性用盒式集合进行描述,以总成本、交付时间和服务质量为优化目标,运用鲁棒优化方法构建服务型制造网络流程的优化模型,采用对偶理论对模型进行简化。应用MATLAB 9.3进行仿真,实验结果表明客户需求的不确定性会影响服务型制造网络的制造流程,而制造流程的选择根据客户的偏好会有很大差异。
