Modeling and simulating method for medical closed loop-value chain system based on Petri net

基于Petri网的药品闭环价值链系统建模与仿真

Abstract

Abstract: To discover the internal reasons and the solutions for the problems of “high cost and price distortion of medicine”,the closed loop medical value chain system model was proposed based on value-price flow,which was described and analyzed the deep mechanism of closed loop “forming-flowing-obtaining-realizing” process of medicine price and value.The modeling and simulating method based on Petri net for medical value chain system was presented.Furthermore,with a fictitious example,the general medical value chain system was transform into Petri net model for simulating.By comparative analyzing the results of simulations,the internal reasons for “medicine value-price inconsistent” were showed up,and the relevant strategies for chain system improvement were presented.

摘要： 为发现药品“成本过高、价格扭曲”等表象问题的内因和解决方案,基于价值—价格属性,从药品供应链系统“价值—资金流闭环回路”的视角,提出闭环药品价值链系统模型,以分析和描述其价值“形成、流动、传递与实现”过程的深层机理;提出该模型基于Petri网的仿真建模与计算分析方法,并给出具体面向药品价值链系统价值冲突问题的仿真算例;通过对仿真结果的观察与分析,能有效地发现药品价值链系统中引发价格—价值偏离的关键点和原因,给出相应的价值链系统改进策略。
