Abstract: To provide the analysis method for control strategy of high precision servo broaching synchronous driving system,based on Matlab simulation software,the electromechanical integration simulation system model of main slide carriage double screw and double servo synchronous driving system of broaching machine was established,which was composed of three parts mainly included biaxial synchronous controller,permanent magnet AC servo system and mechanical drive mechanism.The part of biaxial synchronous controller comprised three working mode that was parallel,serial and cross coupling mode.The part of permanent magnet AC servo system comprised two permanent magnet AC servo drivers and two permanent magnet AC servo motors.The three-loop control structure of position,speed and current was adopted for two permanent magnet AC servo drivers.A double screw main slip board coupling mechanism was adopted for mechanical transmission.The performance of synchronization was analyzed based on simulation system model.The analysis results showed that the synchronization performance of synchronous driving system using parallel/serial control was poorer in the case of force imbalance on both sides,which was not suitable for the application in occasion required high synchronous precision.While the synchronization performance of synchronous driving system with cross feedback mode was better,which was more suitable for the application in  large tonnage high efficiency broaching machine.

摘要： 为给高精度伺服拉床同步驱动系统控制策略的研究提供分析手段,基于Matlab仿真软件建立了拉床主溜板双丝杠双伺服电机同步驱动系统的机电一体化仿真系统模型,模型由双轴同步控制器、永磁交流伺服系统、机械执行机构3部分组成。双轴同步控制器同时引入并联、串联和交叉反馈三种运行模式;永磁交流伺服系统设计了两个永磁交流伺服驱动器和两个永磁交流伺服电机的组合方式,其中两个永磁交流伺服驱动器均采用位置/速度/电流的三环构架进行设计;机械执行机构采用双丝杠主溜板耦合传动机构。基于该模型进行了同步驱动的性能分析,分析结果表明,在两边受力不平衡的情况下,采用并联/串联控制运行模式的同步驱动系统的同步性较差,不适用于同步精度要求较高的场合;采用交叉反馈控制运行模式的同步驱动系统的同步性较好,较适用于加工精度较高的大吨位高效率拉床。
