Abstract: Aiming at the shortage of 9-line method based on laser measurement used in geometric errors identification of CNC machine tools,to improve the accuracy of error identification,a new method of geometric error identification on the basis of 9-line method was proposed by analyzing the principle error of 9-line method.Through increasing the angle measurement,the errors in straightness measurement was corrected with this method,and the selection of measurement point and coordinate position were optimized to find the preferable result of error identification.The method was applied on a linear feed system,and the result showed the feasibility and reliability of the proposed method.

摘要: 针对目前数控机床进给系统几何误差辨识中所采用的基于激光测量的九线法的不足,为提高进给系统几何误差的辨识精度,通过对九线法的原理性误差进行分析,在九线法原理的基础上提出一种几何误差辨识新方法。该方法通过增加角度测量对直线度误差进行修正,并对测量点的选取和坐标系的选取进行了优化,以得到更加准确的辨识结果。结合单轴进给系统试验台的误差辨识实例,验证了该方法对提高辨识精度的有效性。
