Abstract: In view of the weakness in control of OEMs to outsourced parts'logistics information and the defect of cooperativity between OEMs and outsourcing enterprises,a real-time control system and method for logistics information of network outsourcing based on mobile terminal were put forward.The general idea of this method was explained,and the architecture and function structure of this system were set up.The key technologies such as description model of real-time control for logistics information of network outsourcing based on Web Services and the collection of intelligent mobile terminal hybrid position data were researched.The proposed system was applied to an enterprise,and the good application effect had been obtained.

摘要： 针对网络化外协加工中主机厂对外协零部件物流信息的控制力度薄弱、与外协企业间的业务协同性不强等问题,提出一种基于智能移动终端的网络化外协加工物流信息实时管控方法及系统。阐释了该方法实现的总体思路,构建了该系统的体系结构、功能结构,研究了基于Web服务的外协加工物流实时管控业务流程描述模型和智能移动终端混合定位数据采集等关键技术。将以上研究成果在一个委外企业中进行了实际运用,取得了良好的应用效果。
