基于AHP的夹具定位元件选择方法

Abstract: The locator selection is an important task in fixture design,which can directly influence the correct position of the workpiece with respect to the cutting tool.Therefore,a new approach for locator selection was suggested based on Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP).The influence factors of locator selection were deep investigated to construct the corresponding selection factor expressions,and the multi-schematic level model for locator selection was established by AHP.Simultaneously,a construction method of the judgment matrix was presented for each factor in each level according to the judgment scale method and selection factors.In light of consistency test method of the constructed matrix,the determination method of the combination weight which was used to be the decision index of selecting the locators was proposed.The AHP-based locator selection algorithm could supply the quantitative judgment for fixture designer,and provide the development technology for computer aided fixture design system.

摘要: 选择定位元件是夹具设计中的一项重要任务,直接影响工件相对于刀具的正确位置。为此提出一种基于层次分析法的定位元件选择算法。在综合分析定位元件的影响因素后,构造了定位元件选择因子的定量表达式。运用层次分析法建立了多方案的层次结构模型,并根据判断标度法与选择因子提出各层次中各因素判断矩阵的构造方法。根据判断矩阵的一致性检验,提出作为候选定位元件决策指标的组合权重确定方法。基于层次分析法的定位元件选择算法能够给出定位元件的选择排序,既为设计人员提供定量选择依据,也为计算机辅助夹具设计系统的开发提供技术支持。
