Abstract: To improve recall ratio & precision ratio of manufacturing services in service oriented architecture environment, a manufacturing service chain construction method based on product structure was proposed. Relationships among product structure, manufacturing tasks and manufacturing services were analyzed at first. A manufacturing service classification model based on product structure was proposed. This model divided manufacturing services into four parts： product manufacturing service, assembly manufacturing service, part manufacturing service and work procedure manufacturing service. The expanded manufacturing service chain was also described. A matching and composition process for manufacturing tasks and manufacturing services was briefly discussed. Finally, the prototype and application example of manufacturing service platform were presented. And further research work was also put forward.

摘要： 为提高面向服务架构下制造服务的查全率和查准率，提出了基于产品结构的制造服务链构建方法。首先分析了产品结构、制造任务和制造服务间的关系，给出了制造服务分类描述模型。该模型将制造服务分为产品型制造服务、部件型制造服务、零件型制造服务和工序型制造服务，同时描述了扩展后的制造服务链。简要叙述了基于产品结构分类描述模型下的制造任务与制造服务匹配与合成的过程。最后给出了制造服务平台原型和应用示例，并提出了进一步的研究工作。
