原地转向电动汽车参数化模型的建立

摘要: 为了提高电动汽车的机动灵活性,实现车身绕任一点的旋转和沿任一方向的平移,提出了一种用于外转子式轮毂电机驱动电动汽车的原地转向设计方案。该方案采用主销偏置式双横臂悬架导向机构和锥齿轮线控转向机构,通过备份电机和电机切换机构提高线控转向的可靠性。另外,采用虚拟样机技术和机械系统动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS,建立了完全参数化的几何模型,并对悬架导向机构进行了优化设计。

Abstract: In order to improve the maneuver performance of the electrical vehicles so as to realize spot reeling at any point of the body and motion in any direction, a design scheme was put forward for spot steering of electric vehicle by making use of in-wheel motor and out motor. This scheme adopted biasing kingpin double wish-bone suspension oriented framework and bevel gear by wire steering system. Through making the backup of steering_motor and switch machine, the reliability of the entire steering system was greatly improved. In addition, by adopting Virtual Prototype Technology, according to wheel alignment parameter, the entire parameterized model in circumstance of ADAMS software was created and meanwhile the suspension guiding mechanism was optimized.
