摘要/Abstract

摘要： 针对高端制造模式概念不清、缺乏准确定义的问题,首先给出了高档数控机床高端制造模式的定义;然后从7个方面论述了打造高端制造模式的核心理念,即:“小步快跑”的发展理念、专精特新的经营理念、需求驱动的管理理念、自主创新的研发理念、精工细作的制造理念、质量第一的品牌理念、技精敬业的人才理念;最后系统归纳了高端制造模式的7大主要特征,即:以生产高端产品为主要目的、多种先进制造模式的有机融合、“云大物移智区元自”的综合应用、把顾客需求放在第一位、充分体现小批量定制的特点、生产过程高度稳定、拥有一支高素质的人才队伍,核心理念和主要特征的系统性提炼为建立高档数控机床的高端制造模式打下坚实的基础。

Abstract: Addressing the issue of unclear concept and lack of accurate definition of high-end manufacturing mode,the definition of high-end manufacturing mode of high-grade CNC machine tools was given.The seven core concepts of high-end manufacturing mode that were the development concept of frequent short steps,the business philosophy of specialized/refined/innovative,the management philosophy of demand driven,the R&D philosophy of independent innovation,the elaborated manufacturing philosophy,the brand concept of quality first,the talent concept of skilled and dedicated was discussed.Seven main features of high-end manufacturing mode that were manufacturing high-grade products,organic fusion among multiple advanced manufacturing modes,comprehensive application of cloud-manufacturing/big-data/internet of things/mobile Internet/artificial intelligence/blockchain/metaverse/automation,customer first,fully embody the small batch of customization,highly stable production process,having a high-quality talent team were summarized.The systematic summarizing of the seven core concepts and seven main features of high-end manufacturing mode laid a solid foundation for establishing high-end manufacturing mode of high-grade CNC machine tools.
