摘要: 为应对设备维护所面临的变革,提出了创新的设备e-维护模式。该维护模式是远程维护和 集成维护的e-服务扩展,包括先进维护技术、联盟组织形式、在线工作方式和工作流管理机制四要 素。e-维护模式的组织形式是e-维护联盟,其对应的多Agent系统框架模型由车间、企业和联盟三个 层次构成;e-维护联盟在扩展设备用户维护资源广度的同时,拓展了维护服务商产品或服务的市场 空间,具备了生命周期长、组织结构严密和运行机制开放的特点。在校企联盟框架下,设备故障远 程协同诊断的成功实施验证了e-维护联盟的先进性与实用性。

Abstract: To deal with reforms from plant maintenance, a renovated plant e-maintenance mode was proposed. This maintenance mode was an e-service extension of remote maintenance & integrated maintenance, which included advanced maintenance technologies, federation organization, on-line working manners and workflow management mechanism. The organization of e-maintenance was an e-maintenance federation. Its reciprocal multi-agent system framework consisted of three levels: workshops, enterprises and federation. e-maintenance, characterized by its long life cycle, strict organizational structure and open operation mechanism, extended the maintenance sources and at the same time developed market for maintenance products and services. The successful application of remote collaborative fault diagnosis, under the framework of the college and enterprise federation has proved advancement and practicability of e-maintenance.
