摘要: 求解面向订单装配(ATO)系统最优库存控制策略是库存控制领域内的重要问题,因为结构的复杂性,目前只在一些很特殊的情形下有明确的结论。针对一类范围广泛的ATO系统,求解其在不同条件下的最优和渐进最优库存控制策略,并将思路推广到具有一般物料清单结构的ATO系统中。以在ATO系统库存控制研究中比较常用的W型和M型系统为例进行仿真分析,证明上述库存控制策略的有效性。相比于经典控制策略和最新的基于随机规划的控制策略,采用上述库存控制策略的W型ATO系统最多减少近65%和23.5%的库存总成本,M型ATO系统则最多减少12.2%和4.3%的库存总成本。

Abstract: Finding out the optimal inventory control policy for Assemble-to-Order (ATO) system is an important task in the field of inventory control.Due to the complexity of its structure,there are only clear conclusions in some very special cases.For a wide range of ATO systems,the optimal and asymptotically optimal inventory control policies under different conditions were obtained,and the methods were extended to ATO systems with general BOM structures.Taking the W-type and M-type systems which were commonly used in the study of ATO system inventory control as examples,the simulation analyses showed the effectiveness of the above inventory control policies.Compared with the classical policy and the latest control based on stochastic programming,the W-type ATO system using the above inventory control policy would reduce the total inventory cost by up to 65% and 23.5%,while the M-type ATO system would reduce the total inventory cost by up to 12.2% and 4.3% respectively.
