整体喷嘴环电火花清根加工关键技术

摘要: 针对整体喷嘴环叶片与缘板间的新型过渡圆角加工问题,采用数控铣削+电火花加工的组合工艺,对整体喷嘴环电火花清根加工技术进行了研究。提出一种电火花清根加工专用电极设计方法,采取周向压缩和径向压缩的策略,定义径向最佳压缩方向并进行求解,使得电极在保留通道过渡圆角区域型面的同时,体积在一定范围内可调。提出一种电极移出轨迹设计方法,利用运动空间边界快速获得无干涉轨迹。通过电火花清根加工实验结果表明,加工出的过渡圆角满足图纸要求,采用电火花加工方法,可完成数控铣削难以加工的特殊过渡圆角区域的加工。

Abstract: To solve the problem of new type of transition fillet machining between the Static Blade Ring blade and the platform,the static blade ring EDM clean-up machining technology was researched by using the combination machining process of CNC milling with Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM).A special electrode design method for EDM clean-up machining was proposed.The strategy of circumferential compression and radial compression was adopted,and the optimal direction of radial compression was defined and solved,so that the electrode volume could be adjusted in a certain range while retaining the shape of the transition fillet region of the channel.A design method of electrode movement trajectory was proposed,which could obtain the interference-free trajectory quickly by utilizing the moving space boundary.The experimental results showed that the processed transition fillet met the design requirements,and the EDM could realize the processing of the special transition fillet area which was difficult to process by CNC milling.
