摘要: 随着高校毕业生数量逐年增加,高校毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,如何对毕业生就业去向进行有效预测越来越受到社会各界关注。针对传统的就业预测方法缺少对高校学生立体数据的深度利用,提出一种基于高校学生立体数据的就业去向预测算法,充分利用学生的内在数据和外在数据,进行横向比较和纵向比较,为高校学生提供具有较高参考价值的职业规划建议。通过对学生进行随机调查和历史就业数据进行评测,表明所提方法具有较高的预测准确率,可以有效地为学生提供就业去向参考,对于指导就业具有重要的价值和意义。

Abstract: With the transformation of higher education from elite education to mass education,the employment situation of college graduates is becoming increasingly grim,but the traditional employment forecasting methods usually lack the deep utilization of college students' multidimensional data.To solve this problem,a new job orientation prediction algorithm based on students' stereoscopic data was proposed to provide higher reference value for college students' career planning proposals,which had made full use of intrinsic and external data of the students to carry out horizontal comparison and longitudinal comparison.Through a random survey of students and historical employment data,the experimental results showed that the method had high prediction accuracy and could provide the students with a reference for employment.It was of great value and significance to guide the employment.
