摘要: 基于对某纺织机械厂产品设计、生产过程的调研,以及企业提出的与Pro/E产品设计集成的需求,提出了实用化对计算机辅助装配工艺设计系统的功能要求,并介绍了一个实用化的CAAPP——Assemble系统的总体结构。该系统基于Pro/E产品结构树,通过人-机交互的方式,在统一的标准界面下,采用数据定义方式对产品树中的某一零部件进行工艺设计,从而实现总体的产品装配工艺设计,并实现了Pro/E与CAAPP接口。

Abstract: In this paper, a practical Computer Aided Assembly Process Planning (CAAPP) system is introduced. The emphasis will be placed on the problem of developing a CAPP system with practicability principle. The CAAPP system is based on the Pro/E product-structure tree. Key features of the CAAPP system proposed include a human-computer alternate platform, the interface of Pro/E and CAAPP, and the limits of authority.
