摘要: 为了实现以产品为导向的制造质量控制,利用工程化方法对制造过程中所产生的质量数据资源、质量控制流程等要素进行了描述,并对面向产品的制造质量控制的含义和特性进行了详细的分析,进而采用语义数据模型化技术IDEF0(Integration Definition Method),构建了制造质量控制流程的功能模型,对流程中的主要功能进行了阐述,并用统一化建模语言,给出了制造质量数据信息模型。该项技术已经在马鞍山回转支承厂得到实际应用,并取得了良好效果。

Abstract: To control product-oriented manufacture quality, such essential factors as the quality data resources and the quality control process during manufacturing were depicted in the engineering method. The meanings and features of product-oriented manufacturing quality control were analyzed in detail. Then, the function model of manufacturing quality control was built with the semantic data modeling technology IDEF0, and the primary functions in the process were expounded. The manufacturing quality data information model was given by using the unified modeling language (UML). The application shows that the proposed technology has gained agile responses to both markets and users.
