摘要: 为了准确、合理地设定生产技术指标,提出一种利用案例推理技术来设定生产技术指标计划值的方法,并研究了案例的知识表示方法和案例库的组织结构,讨论了案例的检索、学习和重用算法,建立了基于规则推理技术的成本差异分析系统。最后,通过在某选矿厂物耗成本分析中的实际应用,验证了该技术的实用性与有效性。

Abstract: In order to set an accurate and rational index of the production technology, a case-based reasoning technology was presented. After studying the knowledge representation of cases and the structure of case base/stock were studied, the algorithms of case retrieval, case learning and case reuse were discussed, and a cost difference analysis system was built by using rule-based reasoning. At last the practicability and validity of the technology were verified through the application in the analysis of material consumption in some ore plant.
