摘要: 为开发有效、实用的软件,对鞍钢冷轧薄板厂全面实现计算机管理,以鞍钢冷轧薄板厂CIMS工程的实际应用为背景,介绍了保证机组负荷平衡的优化选料的原料计划模式和要料单的自动生成方法。该过程首先将用户合同分类组批生成计划同时也生成要料单号,然后进行轧钢机组负荷平衡,再按照产品原料最佳匹配表确定优选的原料、检查库存确定要料数量,最后按照最大生产效率规则计算每个要料单的要料卷数和每一卷的重量并生成要料单。

Abstract: In the process of cold rolling, the strategy of selecting material is different with the different rolling mill. On the background of CIMS Engineering of ANGANG NEW STEEL Stock Ltd., a new strategy of selecting material and a new method of automatically creating the bill of required material were introduced, which can balance the load of rolling mill. Firstly, the contract was classified, and the master production schedule and the number of bill of required material were made. Secondly, the load of rolling mill was balanced, and then the kinds of required material were decided according to production and material matching table, the inventory was checked and the amount of required material was decided. Finally, the volume of each bill of required material and the weight of each volume were calculated, and the bill of required material was created according to the principle of maximal production efficiency.
