两化融合管理体系构建

摘要: 围绕打造信息化环境下新型能力这一主线,提出一套两化融合管理体系,以促进企业在信息时代的管理变革。首先,明确了作为该体系核心思想和理论基础的九项管理原则,即以获取可持续竞争优势为关注焦点,战略一致性,领导的核心作用,全员参与、全员考核,过程管理,全局优化,循序渐进、持之以恒,创新引领,开放协作;其次,构建了基于技术、业务流程、组织结构和数据四要素互动创新和持续优化,以及管理职责、基础保障、实施过程和评测与改进四个管理域闭环联动和持续改进的基本框架。该体系目前已在全国500余家优秀企业中得到实践应用。

Abstract: To promote the management revolution of enterprises in the information era,a management system for integration of informatization and industrialization was proposed along the main path leading to the establishment of enhanced capability in the context of informatization.Nine principles of management were clarified as the core idea and theoretical foundation of the management system,which includes: to obtain sustainable competitive advantage as the focus,strategic consistency,key role of leadership,full participation and evaluation of the overall personnel,process management,global optimization,gradual improvement and perseverance,innovation leading,open collaboration.On the basis of interacted innovation and sustainable optimization of four elements such as data,technology,business process and organizational structure,a framework was constructed by pushing forward the closed-loop correlation between four administrative domains and their sustainable improvement,such as management responsibility,fundamental guarantee,implementation process,evaluation and improvement.The results were applied for more than 500 leading enterprises in China currently.
