摘要: 分析了现有几何干涉检测算法,在时间离散法的基础上提出了一个基于模糊逻辑控制的碰撞干涉检测优化算法。根据几何与运动因素的复杂性分析及其指标估计,建立了复杂形体的几何简化模型,引入时间间隔放大因子来动态调节检测时间片长度,并设计了时间间隔放大因子的模糊控制算法。最后,通过在数控弯管机仿真系统中的应用,验证了该算法的有效性。

Abstract: We analyze the research state of collision detection and discuss the relationship of reliability, efficiency, and cost of algorithms. Referring to time slicing method, we present an algorithm using fuzzy theory to control the time-interval-enlargement factor. In order to control the time-interval-enlargement factor reasonably, we analyze the complexity of both geometry and moving-ways, and consider the possibility and risk of collision. To get more efficient, we use suitable approximate object in different situations. It has been proved to be an intelligent, efficient, fast and accurate algorithm for collision detection between general models in dynamic environments. At the same time, it has been implemented as part of NC-instruction-driven simulation systems for NC tube bender. In practice, it can accurately detect all the collision and meet the requirement of real-time.
