摘要: 以快速成型技术为背景,提出了一种基于体素模型的功能梯度材料/零件建模方法。根据八叉树结构,将复杂CAD模型离散为精确的26-邻接体素模型,选取点、线或面作为参考特征,以数字距离变换为手段,计算体素中心到特征点、线或面的最短欧氏距离,选取适当的以此距离为变量的材料组分分布函数,建立起复杂零件的功能梯度材料模型,实验证实了本方法的有效性。

Abstract: Under the background of rapid prototyping technology, a new scheme for modeling Functionally Graded Material (FGM)/part is proposed based on voxel models. On the basis of the Octree structure, 3D complex mesh models are voxelized into 26-adjacent voxel-based models. Then, the Euclidean distance map from voxel center to the feature point, segment or surface is computed by employing the digital distance transform (DDT). Taking this distance map as criterion, the FGM model of a complex mechanical part can be established.
